How a firm without branch offices covers seven markets
Most managed IT and security work is remote by nature: monitoring, patching, identity administration, backup verification, help desk, incident triage. Done well, it is done from a console, not a car. Our tooling watches client environments around the clock and pages an engineer when something needs a human — and that part of the service does not care which side of the Hudson you sit on.
The rest is physical: office buildouts, hardware swaps, network installs, cabling coordination, shop-floor segmentation. For that we dispatch engineers on a scheduled basis across the seven markets below. We do not publish offices we do not have, and we do not invent response-time guarantees — a claim we cannot honor in a contract is not a claim we make on a web page.
What differs by market is the work itself. Manhattan means NYDFS-licensed firms and landlord-controlled risers. Long Island and North Jersey mean CMMC deadlines on real shop floors. Brooklyn and Queens mean HIPAA across multi-site practices. Fairfield County means fund due diligence. Because we do not have branch offices to list, and we will not rent virtual addresses to pretend otherwise. Stedholm is a service-area firm: a NYC-area team, remote-first operations, and scheduled onsite work across the Tri-State. If we open a real office, it will appear here with a real address.
We have sites in more than one of these markets. How does that work?
