Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and what happens to it — written to be read, not scrolled past.
Effective August 27, 2026. This policy covers stedholm.com and describes actual practice at launch. If practice changes, this page changes first, with a new date.
What we collect
This site collects personal information in exactly one way: the forms on the contact and assessment pages. Submitting a form sends us your name, email address, company, phone number, and message. Browsing the site sends us nothing about you personally.
Why we collect it, and where it goes
- Form submissions are stored in this website’s content management system so we can read them and respond to your inquiry.
- A notification email is sent to us when a form is submitted.
- That is the full pipeline. There is no CRM enrichment, no lead scoring, and no third-party marketing platform behind the form.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers and no advertising pixels.
- No analytics cookies at launch. If we later enable Google Analytics 4, we will update this policy first, date the change, and configure the tool as narrowly as it allows.
- No sale or rental of your information to anyone, for any purpose.
- No automated marketing sequences — a form submission earns you a reply from an engineer, not a drip campaign.
Where your data lives
This site and its database are hosted in the United States. Form submissions stay in the site’s database and our business email, and are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any engagement that follows from it.
Access, correction, deletion
Write to us through the contact page to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will act on the request and confirm when it is done.
Changes
If our practices change — new tooling, analytics, anything that touches your data — this page is updated before the change takes effect, with the revision date shown at the top.
