Choose a weekday and a part of the day on the calendar, then tell us what you run. The engineer who would run your account reads the message and writes the reply.
A request, confirmed in writing
Picking a day and a part of the day sends a request for that time. The reply either confirms the call or offers the nearest time the engineer can make. Nothing is booked until you have that confirmation in writing. If you would rather not pick a time, skip the calendar and write; the form works either way.
What the reply covers
Whether this is work we do, roughly what it would involve, and what we would need to see before saying anything more precise. The call itself is a working session on your environment and your obligations. You leave it with a plain account of what we would change first. We follow up when you ask us to.
The reply is more useful if you tell us how many people you have, what you run now and whether anyone will be asking you for evidence. None of this is required; each detail saves a round trip.
