Tell us what you run, what you answer to, or what broke twice this quarter. An engineer reads every message that comes through this page.
What happens after you write
Your message goes to an engineering inbox, not a sales queue. The person who reads it can evaluate your question technically, and the reply you get is written by someone who could actually do the work.
We reply within one business day. That is a commitment about how we run our inbox, not a marketed response-time statistic — as a new firm, we publish measured numbers only once we have real ones to publish.
If we are not the right fit — wrong size, wrong stack, wrong geography — we will say so in the first reply and, where we can, point you somewhere sensible.
Useful things to include
- Headcount and a rough device count
- What you run today — Microsoft 365, servers, line-of-business applications
- Any regime you answer to: NYDFS, HIPAA, FTC Safeguards, CMMC, SOC 2, or an insurer’s requirements
- Whether you have internal IT you want reinforced rather than replaced
Prefer a structured starting point? The IT & security assessment begins with a scope call and ends with a findings document you keep either way.
Before you write
When will we hear back?
Within one business day, from an engineer. If your situation is urgent — an active incident, a deadline this week — say so in the first line and we will treat it accordingly.
Will this put us on a sales cadence?
No. You get one considered reply, and follow-up happens when you ask for it. No automated sequences, no list rental, no handoff to a dialer — see the privacy policy for exactly what we do with what you send.
