Do you actually know Procore and Revit, or will we be explaining our software to our IT provider?
We administer the environment those applications depend on — identity, endpoints, network, storage, and integration points — and we coordinate directly with each vendor on their layer. What we will not do is claim to replace your Procore admin or your BIM manager; our job is making sure what they run on never gets in their way.
What actually prevents wire fraud?
Layers, none of them exotic: hardened email authentication with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC; MFA on every mailbox; detection for lookalike domains and thread hijacking; and a written rule that no payment instruction changes on the strength of an email alone.
